Full
Balancing Service - Energy Solutions, Inc.
will monitor and manage your daily and monthly natural
gas supply. In this scenario, you do not have to
give us monthly nominations. If your facility increases
production, we will guarantee your increased gas
consumption at your monthly contracted price. If
your facility ramps down, we will take back your
unused gas supply at no additional cost to you.
There is no buying or selling risk involved for
you, as we will invoice you for the volume consumed
at the facility multiplied by the monthly contracted
price. It’s as simple as that! |

Consulting
Services - Energy Solutions, Inc. will give
you expert advice on market conditions via frequent
personalized calls and daily proprietary analytical
tools through our website. Specifically, we will
periodically advise you of our opinion on hedging
(locking in) opportunities based on information
we receive through our independent analysts as well
as our own evaluations. All of our independent analyst
reports are password protected on our website. This
way you can verify the independent concepts and
opinions of the advice that we offer. |

Hedging
Service - Energy Solutions, Inc. will hedge
(lock in) your fixed price /fixed volume gas supply
for the specified period that you desire. You may
wish to set up a trigger for your budgeted price
and be confident (if your trigger price is achieved)
that you will not exceed your budgetary parameters.

Storage
Service - Energy Solutions, Inc. can provide
you with underground storage if you so wish. For
an additional cost you may choose to purchase gas
today for use at another time. By utilizing this
service, you can take advantage of storage facilities
if the cost of gas today is less than the projected
cost of gas in the future plus the storage costs.

Curtailment
Day Service - Energy Solutions, Inc. will
provide you with a daily market based transportation
price for gas supply on curtailment days.
This way you can be sure that you will receive gas
on the coldest days of the year. |

|
Invoicing
Service- Energy Solutions, Inc. will only
bill you for the services that you receive. You
will receive an invoice each month for your natural
gas supply and AGLC meter charge (pass through cost).
Just add sales tax. You will not be billed for any
additional charges that are not outlined in your
sales agreement. |
